Today we’d like to introduce you to Kerry Tepedino.
Kerry, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My journey has been a long one. I’ve been in the health industry about 18 years and I found myself here because I had my own dark chapter with my health. I was 40+ pounds overweight, was an emotional eater and didn’t feel good about myself. I hit a rock bottom… hard. I knew I had a decision to make… to keep living the way I was and never be happy or to change. I chose to change and it launched me onto a worldwide search of discovery where I studied with monks, doctors, and teachers to find how I could live an optimal life… happy and healthy! From that powerful journey, my business was born and we now have influenced over 100k+ people worldwide to live a life based on health and joy.
Has it been a smooth road?
On any journey worth taking, you will hit bumps in the road. The key is to not quit and never stop learning. On my own personal journey, not only did I learn to have my own back, but sometimes, I was also my greatest rival. It’s because the mind is a tricky thing, and it can knock you down or pick you up. It’s why Managing Your Mind is now a main step in our Body Love System formula.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with KerryTepedino.com – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I love my company! It’s an inspiration to get up every day and support women in getting empowered in their lives with their health, relationship to self, emotional mastery, and more. I’m proud that I was able to take a dark chapter in my life with my weight and self-image and turn it around to GIVE what I learned about healing to other women, helping them get healthy and happy quickly and with the right support.
If you had to start over, what would you have done differently?
I would have gotten a mentor sooner! Someone who had been to the same rock bottom and found their way out of it and were then in a position that I would have loved to be in with my life.
